HD DVD: A Missed Opportunity
Just when you thought TV was getting boring someone goes and changes the rules on you. HD TV is one of the few things, like Cuban Cigars and a Sonic Cherry Lime aide, that live up to its promise. The down side is that you are no longer satisfied with the quality of your DVD movies. The thought of making a conversion completely to Blue-ray has you a little squeamish after 12 years of collecting DVDs, but what can you do? You can always take some of the sting out of things by buying an HD DVD player.
